<p>天加TCA系列风冷模块机组进入市场较早,至今已有近20年,因此在空调维修售后市场属于常见故障高发机组。包括二手机市场。由于机型相对老旧，大部分机组的随机手册，接线图已丢失。给空调维修带来了很多困扰，我们为了方便广大空调技术人员的维修售后工作，特别将原厂的接线图公开。供大家参考！</p>

<p><strong>三、温度传感器安装</strong></p>
<p>控制器当只有一块主板时，主板上总的进水和出水温度传感器（AI1，AI2）留空不接，能量调节使用AI4，AI5温度传感器。</p>
<p>控制器多块主板组网时，第1块主板上总的进水和出水温度传感器（AI1，AI2）需要安装，其它子板总的进水和出水温度传感器（AI1，AI2）留空不接，能量调节使用第1块主板上总的进水和出水温度传感器（AI1，AI2）。</p>
<p>进出水温度传感器探头应该紧贴水管外壁安装，可以用扎带扎紧，并且需要做好保温。也可安装在水管上的专用盲管里，盲管内部有水应抽干，将探头置于盲管里，并用导热硅胶密封。</p>
<p>翅片温度探头应该安装于翅片上，主要功能是冬季制热化霜判断。</p>
<p>环境温度探头须置放于室外空气中，远离冷凝器和冷凝风扇。</p>

<p>目前国内冷库大多采用的都是热力膨胀阀作为关键的节流部件,由于热力膨胀阀本身产品的设计特性。调节范围窄，对温度变化的响应慢，滞后性大。在冷库库内负荷大范围动态变化时，极易导致冷媒流量失控产生调节震荡（即通过膨胀阀的冷媒流量忽大忽小）。导致机组运行效率低下，甚至直接导致压缩机带液运行产生液击现象。最终产生压缩机损坏的重大经济损失。</p>
<p>电子膨胀阀与热力膨胀阀相比，可调节范围广，对温度变化响应速度极快。可以在数秒钟做到膨胀阀的关闭与开启，通过电子膨胀阀控制器对系统各个关键点的温度实时监控，可以及时调整冷媒流量，避免制冷系统运行与故障区间。</p>
<p>海润通控冷库电子膨胀阀控制器，特别设计了排气温度监控与喷液降温功能。可以实时监控制冷压缩机排气温度的变化，当压缩机排气温度偏高的时候，电子膨胀阀控制器可以迅速根据排气温度上升的速率，自动计算开大电子膨胀阀的开启度，科学的提高冷媒流量。可以有效的降低压缩机排气温度，增加制冷压缩机正常高效的工作区间。同时具备对压缩机的保护。避免制冷压缩机因为排气温度过高导致的严重故障。</p>
<p>如上所述，电子膨胀阀和热力膨胀阀相比，最大的优势就是调节范围广，响应速度快。例如冷库里增加一箱苹果，热力膨胀阀要感知到这一箱苹果的热负荷，再进行冷媒流量调节动作，整个过程至少需要10分钟。而当热力膨胀阀进行调节动作的时候，一箱苹果的热量已早被蒸发器换热结束。这个时候热力膨胀阀进行的调节动作，就是调节滞后。这就是热力膨胀阀系统能效低下的根本原因。而电子膨胀阀可以迅速通过蒸发温度细微的变化，在几秒内就可以做出冷媒流量的精确调节。充分利用蒸发器的换热效率。当一箱苹果的热量换热结束以后，又可迅速的将冷媒流量调整到库内温度保持的流量。这就是使用电子膨胀阀的冷库制冷降温速度快,效率高,省电的原理。</p>
<p>电子膨胀阀节流优势明显,是暖通制冷行业技术革新的关键部件。是冷库的组装与升级改造最好的选择。</p>
